Huge department store complex, find everything anything you may or may not need. Ample Asian and European restaurants, cafe, dessert restaurants, anything you can possibly name are likely to have a branch here somewhere between A4-13. Some vendors on the street too, very festive and well decorated during Christmas New year and...

The department store is nice, but once you get to basement level B2 there is a bookstore Fayaque, The bookstore itself is really clean and staffs are friendly. But the men’s washroom is filthy, it seem it hasn’t been clean or wiped for ages. Dusty counter, dirty...

It was such a bless that Nintendo Pop up store took place here during the department store’s anniversary. I genuinely can’t thank Shin Kong Mitsukoshi enough because I haven’t even had a chance to go to Japan in my entire life. This was one of the best moments I’ve ever had as a huge Mario fan since I was a child.
