Taipei 101 Also known as the Taipei Financial Center, Taipei Financial Center is a skyscraper and leading teacher located in Chennai District, Taipei, Taiwan. The building was designed by c.y and its partners, and KTRT in a joint venture. Between 2004 and 2010, the building was considered the tallest skyscraper completed in accordance with the Council of Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat. The Taipei 101 Tower was described as one of the new Seven Wonders of the World (according to Newsweek, 2006) and the Seven Wonders of Engineering (Discovery Channel, 2005).
The building comprises 101 floors above ground and 5 below, in a modern European and Asian style, designed to withstand earthquakes and hurricanes. It has a shopping center and hundreds of fashion shops, clubs and restaurants. The fireworks of the New Year's Tower are also very prominent, The tower has been quoted in several films, anime and books.
The name of the building reflects the location in Taipei, the international business district, in addition to the postal code 111 and the number of its lines. Taipei 101 is owned by the Financial Center of Taipei and managed by the International Corporation for Urban Division and Real Estate, headquartered in Chicago. Floor 102 has been built.
The building is characterized by strange ideas used in its design and derived from simple ideas used in the safety belt in cars as well as the balance used by boats in addition to the shape inspired by cane sugar
The idea of safety belt in the car depends on the so-called determination of inertia, which is the reluctance of the body to change its condition to another condition, which is applied in the safety belt in the form of a ball placed under the serrated to resist the change of movement and cause the obstruction of the denture movement which led to obstructing the movement of the belt, The way in the tower where a large ball placed in the top tower to resist the movement of the tower resulting from the wind If the tower moves to the right move the ball to the left and thus work to reduce the mile at the top of the tower in a way that enables people to eat without feeling the movement of the building
The other genius idea is the existence of horizontal bars that distribute the weight of the building on the other vertical bars located on the sides of the building as the principle of work is similar to the principle of distribution of load in speedboats
The shape of the building is derived from the shape of sugar cane plant since the building resists bending heavily because it is in the form of layers and...
