Came here because last time I passed by and saw people lining up. Located inside the ShinKong Mitsukoshi building A11. Oh boy.... no wonder it had only 3 stars rating which I don't believe it even deserves 3 stars, at best 2 stars. Knowing it gets busy so we came at 11:15am, no line great. Then everything else is a melt down. The waitress and waiters are just so terrible. We were guided to a table and the waitress keeps on saying things that were so.....confusing like sit there then don't walk there etc... and she keeps on repeating again and again... Then the waiter gave us a ordering tablet system which we found it quite uneffective (not the waiters problem, its the tablets ordering system). Furthermore, we ordered two plates and asked that the food comes out together and the waiter said they could not because the food is prepared by different kitchen department. Wait, there is more.... I ordered 4 meat rice and when I saw my order it had only 3 types of meat. I asked the waiter and they made mistake and took it back. When he brought out what I expected 4 meat, but instead they just added a salted egg (does the egg count as the 4th meat?) I didn't even bother to ask. Horrible... 1 star rating for...

I've got a chance to drop-by this restaurant again and this time, I was able to get in. Unfortunately, I've lower my review to just 1 star. (I will give zero or even lower if I can...)
Expensive, unfriendly staffs, poor food and most importantly, dirty with cockroaches. Food were too sweetie... the couple sits on our Left did ordered like 5 to 6 dishes, but they couldn't even finish 1/3 of it... And the other couple sits on our right did even found a small cockroach on the wall next to them 🤢... the staff did came and caught it and they've changed their seats. And after a few minutes, I found another smaller one appeared on the same wall again... I did taken a picture and left... And this time, for sure, I will NOT come back again.
I'm from Hong Kong, those at Hong Kong were bad already, but this one even worst. Waitresses are ready, plenty of tables available inside, but they just closed the shop and won't let you in. Really cannot understand why they close the shop during tea time on Saturday. At the same, the receptionist will shout at you and ask you to leave. Honestly, I haven't taste this shop, but really will not come again because of the very...
Read moreI love Hong Kong style Milk Tea and often indulge in it. So, when I walked by the well-known Honolulu Cafe, originating from Hong Kong, I was excited. Needless to say, I had to give it a try. I ordered the milk tea since it's the hallmark of a Hong Kong style restaurant, and one can usually judge the quality of the establishment by this signature drink. However, upon taking a sip, I almost spat it out! It was dreadful. The tannin of the tea was overpowering, the texture wasn't smooth or silky at all—it was the worst milk tea I've ever had. I'm not usually a picky eater and quite easy-going, but I wouldn't recommend wasting your time and money...
