Phuket Honeymoon Tour — Attraction in Chalong

If I can give a negative scoring, this company will be negative 5.

Went to the coral and racha island tour and this was the worst tour I had at phuket. Be careful to land with them if booked cheap coral and racha island snorkelling tour via kkday( it was advertised as exclusive deal).

First of all, I booked 3 months ago for my family and when reaching Phuket they said they made a mistake and my date was sold out. Very unprofessional!They did try to make amends but I’m the end I was still inconvenienced because of the Simon show on the same day.

However when I arrived on the tour, I was shocked to find out that my tour became a Chinese majority tour group! I actually booked for a English tour group. Majority of the Chinese people were nice and friendly except for a group of four who is talking very loudly and making my experience not enjoyable. Although they also provide a English tour guide but the major hearable announcements are all in Chinese.I also feel the tour company focuses only on Chinese tourists. I had other tours in Phuket before with mixed tourists from different background and I have never felt this worst before.

They were also people suffering sea sickness and the tour company was very inconsiderate by moving the ship while people still eating lunch.

Lastly, there were no precise schedule of tours rather than heavy focus of selling water and recreation sports at coral and racha islands to the Chinese.

Would not recommend any foreigners to go to a tour...

We booked a boat trip on 9 March 2024 and we were very excited about our trip, we are from Hong Kong. When we arrived at the pier, we had to wait about 1 hour, because the boat arrived late due to group that hired the boat in the morning before us. The boat crew were still cleaning the boat when we were supposed to board, but we had to request that they do an extra clean of some areas because it was not ready and the boat is look old. We finally got on the boat and went on our trip, it was nice but we still felt like we lost time. We asked for a small refund, but the boat company told us they were only willing to provide 2,500 baht refund total. We really were not satisfied with this amount because we lost over 1 hour of our booking time on the boat. We tried to get a higher refund of 7,000 baht back, because we had a reservation at a restaurant after our boat trip finished but we missed it, but the boat company, said it was impossible. We were really disappointed with this trip, we travelled all the way from Hong Kong with our group and were so excited but in the end we had not such a great day. The boat company said they were going to meet us to give us the 2,500 baht refund We are not very happy with this, and we left a Terrible review for the boat company. We do not recommend booking with this Boat company, it was not a very nice experience. We are leaving Phuket tomorrow and we still have not had any reply from the boat company. Worst...

You get what you pay for….

Yes everything listed was offered to a degree, but the service and quality was sub par.

From the start they brought us to their shop to try to encourage us to purchase items.

After we arrived at the pier communication was lacking on what was happening and what we were waiting for.

Upon departure we were served water and given life jackets (just until we got into open waters) and we left chalong pier on time.

The sunset was great, but with approx 30 people on the small boat with no comfortable seating, good luck getting any unobstructed pictures of it. All I got left with was a sore back, sore bum and disappointment of wasting our last night in Thailand.

Next the food, yes it was similar to what was described but again expectations were not met. We didn’t expect them to have a bbq on the boat in middle of the ocean, but why serve cold French fries if you can’t keep them warm, serve food that should be eaten cold. Taste wise 5/10, we didn’t feel the cutlery was clean enough and of what I did eat, I believe it made me ill.

When it came to drop off, all of the shoes were thrown on the dock in the dark for us to try to collect.

The car services were not ready and disorganized.
