WOW PHUKET — Hotel in Chalong

I stayed at WOW Phuket Hotel and honestly had the best time! The two guys at check-in were amazing – super friendly, always laughing with us, and just had such good energy. We had a ton of heavy luggage, but they didn’t hesitate for a second and helped us carry everything up the stairs to our room. So kind and helpful!||Our room was spacious, right on the first floor with a balcony overlooking the big pool – such a relaxing view. It was super clean, had good air conditioning, and the bed was absolutely huge and super comfy. We got great sleep every night.||The room was cleaned daily, always smelled fresh, and you could tell the staff put care into every detail. The hotel is also in a great location – close to Old Town and the city center, which made it super easy to explore.||Overall, I was really happy with everything. The people, the place, the vibe – all perfect. I’d definitely stay here again!||The only downside was that it could get a bit noisy from the street, especially at night. The door didn’t block out sound very well, so we could hear traffic and outside noise quite clearly. For me it's not a problem because it didn't disturbed me but maybe for someone else would...

Nice quite place at Chalong. They also have another place which is 5 minutes down the road OHO. Both are new places and as I understood don’t use any booking websites at the moment. So if you want to book then just come.

Cleaning every week. Personal is super friendly and helpful. We had a situation when I have misunderstood the rules but it was solved fast and without problems.

Pool is nice and warm if you ask me. Even tho many people consider it cold. Wi-Fi is shared and could be better but there are a lot of rooms. Overall I didn’t have any problems working on it ( Work is heavily dependent on connection)

7-11, Lotus, Big C are near the hotel. Also the best croissant 🥐 are there.
