Phi Phi Island Village — Attraction in Krabi Province

We’ve had a luck to go for a private boat trip around Phi-Phi Don (main Phi-Phi island) with Pan Longtail on January 10th 2025. First of all, they were the most responsive of all: I got WhatsApp replies quickly and clear. Then, the pricing was reasonable from the very beginning. The guys gave me some gentle advices on when it’s best time to go regarding the weather and tides (and in advance - I should have listened lol), but at the end of the day it was me to decide. Finally, we went to the planned trip on time, and this is where Pan (our Captain) was able to demonstrate all his skills. We’ve got some waves - yet not a storm, but quite a wind. It was a masterpiece - I’ve travelled many times and been to many places, took many longtails, but Pan could surprise me and make our journey through the waves smooth and safe. Whenever needed, he was catching the right wave direction, right speed and right attack angle… It is his job - yes. But he’s just nailed it! Our 2 y.o. was so chill regardless of the waves that she just went asleep. My best respect to Pan’s professionalism. Last but not least: Pan was very helpful and proactive, but not...

We went with him for 6hrs tour around the island and used his service 4 times to get from Saii to Tonsai and back.

Perfect for you if you’re staying at Saii. Pan is a fun and funny guy that knows the area really well. He is very attentive and cares a lot about his clients. Always on time and with smile. He is available on WhatsApp all day long.

However, is English is not fluent so don’t expect for a guide, he is a boat driver. For us it was ok because he knows the island really well and took as wherever we wanted. Also, be very very clear about the price and your plans. Because of his English he had few mistakes.

Saii to Tonsai and...

We had a great time visiting the Phi Phi islands with Pan Longtail Boat. He was very responsive via WhatsApp from the beginning, confirming all the details.

On the day of the trip he met us on the ferry stop, so everything was very seamless. The places we visited were recommendations from Pan and they were very beautiful. There was also snorkeling equipment on the boat, which made the experience even better. During thr whole trip Pan offered us cold water and cold sodas. He has a speaker on which we could play music we like. After out trip we forgot something important on the boat and Pan was very helpful and responsive to make sure that it got back to us.
