Phuket Palace Condominium — Attraction in Patong

The place is very run down. Everything is old. The pool looks nice but tiles, walls and floor are all cracking which left pieces and sand all over. Bathroom has no wet and dry area, it's all connected. Security system set by the office is pretty non-sense. As it is now a condominium not anymore a hotel, you were still asked to leave friends' IDs if you have visitors. Does not matter if it's boys or girls, Thais or foreigners. Security guys are relatively rude and disrespectful accept one guy who is always smiling and helpful. Way too expensive for what you get. Highly NOT...

I've resided in this building for the past eight months. While it's not a hotel, and is a condominium, it is unfortunately very noisy. I frequently wake up to the sounds of drilling and vibrations throughout the building, which often last for hours. The management seems unconcerned about this persistent issue.
