i like the staffs :) really love the fact it is until midnight. however this branch does not really take care of their fresh food. the salmon i buy is always spoiled :( not very nice.. i can’t even eat it. this place really needs proper etiquette in keeping meat fresh. overall nice selection, really nice service. decent i guess. it’s enjoyable shopping there. really busy thou. :/ but always looking forward to see friendly people in there. :) yay

edit: i don’t want to be harsh, as i like this place, because the employees are very friendly and kind people :). it makes the shopping a lovely experience, as well as a very comfortable one every time, despite its busyness. i really love this lotus as it looks like it’s been through a lot of historic improvements to be one of the most thriving LOTUS stores in bangkok ! :) however, i just want to see this lotus improve !.. and i know it can do it ! unfortunately, i have seen a lot better.. and all it takes is proper employees that have a care for what they do and proper standards for running LOTUS’ sukhumvit 50 as a pleasant and satisfactory business for consumers. my critiques are with the japanese cuisines and export meats section. the sashimi is as big as my toe. i don’t know how you can call this sashimi, when it is very chewy and in-swallowable. the staffs seem to have very less care for making sushi. the salmon don looks very lazily thrown together like a cat’s food, leftover. is not very appetizing, nor neat, and a waste of food purchase for some people to play around with at their “jobs”. for the price contrasting the quality, it is a joke. standards marks for more motivation in employees, which ignites quality products, that rises a flame in customer purchases. there is always a bunch of people that que for japanese cuisine in this lotus, but a bunch of boxes always end up as leftovers at the end of the day. please improve on customer satisfactory for a improvement in business :) i think this lotus excels in others things like keeping up with deals in an arranged and various accessible everyday products with accessible prices, their bakery section and vegetable market always offer lovely discounts and overall great staffs suitable in customer service :)

edit 2: the staffs who treat you well on customer service varies on the person.. not everyone would get the best experiences, however all reviews are valid. there are some rude and...

Motorcycle parking is too far. Motorcycle parking fee is on higher end. It used to be free nearby entrance.

Also the main entrance is too small for number of people coming here on daily basis. They sold space to coffee shop and closed 2 doors of main entrance. Not so convenient.

Go to place for grocery shopping and daily needs. Often it is crowded during peak hours. Specially between 5 to 8PM, it is crowded. Connected to BTS onnnut directly.

Lotus have sold every possible square inch to shops. Doesn't feel safe in case of fire. For example, the area in front of watson used to be empty but there is bakery now. It is really inconvenient to walk through narrow space.

Food court area can be improved or designed better. It eats lot of space. Often it is challenging to walk through that area. It is narrow walk.

They sell almost everything. Wide range of products like any typical supermarlet. Fresh vegetables, milk, grocery item, baby and kids stuff, medicine, kitchen appliance, Electronics, television, refrigerator, washing machine, fans, cooler, bedding, juicer, mobile.

Lotus have 7 day return policy.

Inside the same building there are many other shops i.e. Bakery, Watson, true mobile, ais shop, gold shop, dairy queen, kfc, pizza hutz aunty anne, swensen icecream, macdonald, scb bank, dentist, salon, key maker etc.

Macdonald is open 24x7.

The timing keeps on changing it used to open till 12:00 AM. Then it got changed to 9:00 PM.

As of April 2023, closing time is 11:00 PM.

Although there is mini tesco right outside which is open 24×7.

Toilets are dirty, not...

Lotus's Sukhumvit 50 earns a full 5-star rating for providing an excellent shopping experience centered around its comprehensive product selection.

The store's strong point is its extensive range of products, offering customers a wide variety of choices. The good selection likely spans across multiple categories, from groceries and household items to personal care products, ensuring shoppers can find everything they need in one location.

While not explicitly mentioned, the store probably maintains the typical Lotus's standards of organization and cleanliness, making it easy for customers to navigate and find their desired items. The layout likely facilitates efficient shopping trips.

The location on Sukhumvit 50 makes it convenient for residents and visitors in this area of Bangkok, providing a reliable option for daily shopping needs or larger grocery runs.

For anyone seeking a well-stocked supermarket in the Sukhumvit area, this Lotus's branch appears to be an excellent choice. The comprehensive product range makes it a reliable destination for various shopping needs, from everyday essentials to specialty items.

The combination of good product selection and convenient location makes this Lotus's branch a standout choice for shoppers in the...

Crowded with slow shoppers who effectively block every aisle with their grocery carts, retarded checkout counter design, super slow cashiers, even slower escalators/travelators filled with people who just stand there and block it for the full 45 seconds it takes to go down one floor to exit the supermarket... -1 star for only having one single travelator exit. Don't even get me started on the overuse of plastic bags... I'm sure they encourage staff to use as much plastic as possible, as they sometimes use double bags and will put something that doesn't weigh anything, like a pack of tissues, in its own separate bag because they're afraid the half full double bags with your bananas in it might break from the extra 200 grams... Their bags also have tiny flaps in them that fall off at random times, contributing to totally unnecessary and easily avoidable environmental pollution. I've seen the entire walkway to the BTS littered with these tiny flaps multiple times. -2 stars for plastic abuse. I really wouldn't advise anyone to go here just to buy something that could just as easily be bought in 7-Eleven at a fraction of the time...

This hypermarket or mall is close to On nut BTS skytrain. It’s pretty big and has anything and everything you would need. Outside the entrance there is a huge food court with Thai food stalls at a very affordable price. Inside they have a few international food brands like Mc Donalds, KFC, Burgerking, Swensen etc. along with some others like S&P, MK restaurant etc with decent seating arrangement. Few local shops offers various products like apparels, footwear, makeup, skincare, electronic gadgets, mobilr covers at a reasonable price. It also has optic centre and dental clinic and a pharmacy. It has a supermarket as well where you could buy your daily staples, fruits, vegetables, sea-food, chicken, pork, kitchenwares, electric equipments etc. Me being vegetarian could not pick anything apart from fruits, yogurt or juice. Place is well maintained, Staff is polite and helpful though you may have to be patient while trying to ask or explain something because not everyone could speak or understand English but that’s fine. They close at 10 PM and I definitely recommend this to everyone including travelers
