We visited the KFC at Lotus in Thailand and had a fantastic experience. The service was quick and friendly, a refreshing change from some fast food experiences. Their spicy chicken was particularly impressive—crispy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. We also enjoyed trying some of their local favorites, like the egg tarts, which were absolutely amazing, and the chili sauce, which added a nice kick to our meal.

I recently visited KFC and tried their meal set which included fried chicken, rice with chicken topping, and a drink.

Food: Unfortunately, the taste was quite disappointing for me. The fried chicken lacked flavor and the rice bowl was not very satisfying. Overall, I’d rate the food 2 out of 5 stars.

Service: On the bright side, the service was very good. The staff were polite, quick, and helpful, making the dining experience smoother.

Atmosphere: The atmosphere inside the restaurant was also nice. It was clean, comfortable, and had a good vibe for dining in.

I know I’m a foreigner but they should have a better way of calling out orders when it’s done. Some places have the monitor letting us know your order was ready. I was waiting for 25 minutes and wondering why my food isn’t up. KFC is a fast food. It was sitting on the counter and supposedly they called the number out but in Thai. Not all foreign can speak Thai as a tourist. Go across the street at McDonald they have better service and their chicken isn’t bad at all
