If I could give this place 0 stars i will. It’s a tourist trap and very distasteful. Bad service and very unethical masseuses/staff.

3 girls in a trip: made reservations in advance (1 week ago) for 3 pax 120 mins body massage due to the “good reviews”. But it was a horrible and regretful experience.

2 of my friends went to a shared room despite asking for separate rooms, were asked to bathe first before the massage. When they said no, masseuse insisted. When massaging, they lack basic respect, would talk and yak like you’re invisible. My friend was cold but she just massaged her without covering her appropriately. After that, they asked us for tips: massage was supbar, no strength, just as though rubbing oil.

For me: lady did a massage for me, and i went to a separate room for my friends. First could mot find my room. Made me climb down from 5th to 4th and 3rd with my luggage. Insisted i shower and i did, and when the massage started it was her rubbing oil (no strength at all) despite me asking her to use force. She also sat on me and did very awkward massages, nil stretching or pulling and did it in a very unsafe manner. The final blow came when she used two elbows to “massage” on my back and one of it slipped TWICE into my shoulder joint and it was freaking painful. She also spread oil like mad, so my disposable black underwear was SOAKED with oil to the front after the massage. I told her to stop and that I wanted to stop the massage at one hr and she was VERY DEFENSIVE and kept asking me if her massage is no good. I said ya it’s no good. Give me a refund for the final hour and she said it cannot be done. She only massages me for 45 mins and sent me off to shower.

She also showed me some attitude and angrily pulled out her phone charger at the foot of the wall with her phone. Started using her phone as soon as she said i could take a shower and waited for me outside.

Eventually i agreed to do a foot massage since they wont refund me for the remainder 1 hr. I asked for a different therapist but was rejected. Worse still, she massaged me for 45 mins and said she was done and thats when i told her the hour is not up yet . She black faced me and when i was done, i asked for the refund for the difference in price btw a foot massage and a body massage and the cashier was NOWHERE TO BE FOUND. Therapist said no cashier cannot return money/ refund.

My friends came out and because all 3 of us had such a negative experience we were done with this place. Forget the money but I really hope no one comes to visit here, its horrible and not worth your time to come...

Came here based on good reviews and the first day didn’t disappoint. Went back on my last night in Bangkok and was greatly disappointed. I admit we arrived late and requested for a 2hour package massage which would mean that the staff would have to OT for a bit. I checked with the store manager if that was okay and she promptly said yes. As I wanted Honey as my masseuse again, I checked with the store manager if she was around but sadly she had returned home. Heard the store manager asking around her staff to check who would be willing to massage my partner and I to which those assigned to us agreed. Firstly, my massage started late and that was ok to me as I understand she had a previous customer. However when she started at 10:45PM, she was very distracted. Kept looking around and did not put much strength into the massage. So I nicely asked if she could press a little harder. She just smiled unhappily and did press harder. When we got to the aromatherapy, she expressed her unhappiness with my request. She did not prepare the bed as how Honey did. She did not give me a disposable underwear stating that I was too big (i.e., calling me fat indirectly), which was not the case, since I was able to fit into it on the first night with Honey. She also complained that if I wanted a stronger massage I should’ve come earlier and that she was tired. Intentionally pressed without technique and made me feel uncomfortable as I was worried to offend her further. She ended the massage abruptly and earlier than what I paid for and skipped steps.
