Chicken wings were good (slightly salty but manageable drinking with beer)!! Noticed few pieces (1-2pc) with foul odor but I was not sure if it was because it’s not fresh? But they were bearable; and it was not too bad.
However, I was disappointed by their service and attitude… At first, for the promotion, the waitress told us one plate of wings includes 15 pcs so we were surprised and reconfirmed with her if that’s actually true(?) since it’s too much. She said ‘yes,’ and we went ahead with the order of ordering 2 of chicken wing item since it was Buy 2 Get 1 promo.
Once we finished the first plate, we asked for the second plate; but another staff came and said we got all the wings we were supposed to get. We were confused and told another staff that it’s 15 pc per item, but they just said it’s 5 pc. So we told the another staff that the waitress earlier said and confirmed many times that it’s 15 pc (it was both in Thai and English). They kept saying it’s 5pc; and there was no apologies; but rather, they just asked us if we want to cancel for the second plate that already came out??..
Until the end of our experience there, no apologies whatsoever. The way it was handled was pretty bad, I would say.. I was not expecting to receive anything but simple apology for confusion… :/ Personally, I would not go back to...

If you have ever been to Japan this has a very authentic Japanese vibe, read: no nonsense dive bar with large beers, highballs, and small portions of bar food. The chicken wings were quite tasty and with a unique Japanese style. If you are confused by the other reviews, izakaya are the kind of place you come to drink first and snack second, they are not particularly known for being food snob hangouts. Food selection was typical izakaya fare: lots of fried bits, some sashimi, noodles, croquettes, dongo/mochi, etc. The rest of the clientele around us were Japanese speakers so that tells...
