25 September 2024: Ramen shops abound in Bangkok. This is one of our go-to shops when in and around the Silom area. We love the thick, rich, and creamy pork broth in the Uchidaya Black 'Special' (pork soup, fried garlic oil, thin noodle) and Uchidaya 'Tokusei Ramen' (pork soup, thick noodle). Overall a highly...

The noodles change depending on your choice, so read carefully and choose thin noodles ;) They are firm but cooked and they take the juice of the broth with them. And the chicken... Ah! The chicken! I still cannot decide what is best if the Ramen or the chicken... That good it is. Go, have it and let me know! (Btw the place smells a bit funny I still don't know about what but as soon as your food arrives you will...
