Roadhouse Barbecue — Restaurant in Suriyawong Subdistrict

Very comfortable place we were warmly greeted by the owner and had a wonderful table by the window. There was no discussion we ordered the ribs and chicken platter for two which includes a drink (999B). Actually it could feed 4 people without a problem.

The corn was so so but that's true and most of it that I get in Thailand. other than that everything else was outstanding the ribs were tender and flavorful the chicken nice and Smokey without being too dry pulled pork was just right beans, coleslaw, french fries and onion rings. Need I say more?

Two of us hungry guys could not finish it so had to take some of it home and fight with the rest of the people at home to eat it it's that good. The owner Dana has many years in the foodservice industry and you can tell he does a great job with the food and the service.

The sign outside says smokehouse don't let it fool you it is the Roadhouse that's mentioned in the website and Google maps. All right look forward to returning and tackling some other items but this time I will be quitting earlier and taking more home. If you're craving BBQ like back home this...

I went here during Songkran. The atmosphere of the place and the staff were really great. They charge 50 baht for small bottles of water(kind of shocking or is that normal for a pub?) My Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich was not what I expected. They should really rethink how they do it because it's not working. The fish and chips were also not what I expected because the piece of fish was so small( look at the picture), it tasted good though. With the beef brisket, the meat was good but the sauce was too sweet for me. I wish it said on the menu that they use a sweet sauce. The buffalo wings were very good but, I thought, salty but maybe some people might like that(make sure you get the blue cheese dip and celery)(FYI, I did finish them all anyways). The quesadillas were great and so were the beef nachos. My bill for three people was over three thousand baht and that was with only one glass of beer. Maybe, because my visit was during Songkran they didn't have their regular cook. I say that because I'm looking at the pictures from the other reviews and they look better or I just had...

Updated review: visit 30 April 2025 Love their BBQ menu; enjoyed the Wednesday 299 baht Ribs special today, Delicious tasting, perfectly prepared with 5 star Friendly & Professional Customer Service! Got take out pork & brisket sandwiches with creamy coleslaw, pickle & fries ... I really like that the sandwich meat is bagged to easily reheat at home and then place on the bun for sandwich perfection. I asked for extra bbq sauce and they happily accommodated the request; a great meal awaits ... Give them a try, you will be glad you did!

Original review August 2024 Wow ... Very impressive 5 Star food delivery experience today for Beef & pulled Pork sandwiches, cole slaw, fries and bowl of chili! Order arrived Hot, Fresh, Delicious tasting; due to Excellent packaging for a delivery order and attention to detail! Thank You! Even better the order arrived faster than expected! We ate in the restaurant last week for the first time; loved the food and service, that's what triggered today's delivery order ... Quality you can count on, at a very reasonable price. Great Job...
