Anbexceelent place to eat! Ghisbwas my first lunch in this restaurant. It has a good menu of Turkish cuisine. The place is clean, with natural light and excellent natural ventilation. The staff are sufficient in number, polite, clean aprons, and helpful. Tables were spotless and well cleaned. It was noontime in a business area, and almost 2/3 of the chairs were full. A very positive vibe. I ordered chicken scewere and a green salad. The chicken, despite the fact that was a mix of white and dark meet, was tender and juicy but well done. There were burnt dots on the meet that was because of the marinade. The salad was rich in fiber. Parsley and green parts of spring onions were chopped along with sweet red peppers, wallnauts, and crashed green olives. With salt, olive oil, and lemon juice, it became a great side for the chicken. The glasses and cultry were clean. The price was acceptable for the quality and amounts of food. I will certainly get back to tasting some other dishes and enjoy the relaxing environment. One more good thing: they accept food cards! Highly...

First, may Allah bless this work!
The taste was just right, I loved it. The price wasn't cheap, but wasn't too expensive as well, better than other companies in the trade.
The let downs: 1- The food wasn't really hot when served, it was warm but not adequately. 2- The friends who served the iskender, didn't serve butter with it, nor they offered butter or even mentioned that there was a choice for butter, I had to ask later for them to bring butter and pour it on the iskender. 3- We had a baby, they didn't offer or ask if we needed a baby chair, we had to ask later. 4- There was no parking lot, the valet (provided by the restarurent) charges you 100TL for the service, while other restaurents with a valet option doesn'r charge you for that.
One of the employees seemed to have a bad mood, if he had personal problems, may Allah help him.
Other than that, the place was perfect in...

Bursa Garaj was our go-to place for Iskender Kebap (in Istanbul) during the years we lived in Turkey. We revisited the location recently and found the food as awesome as always.
This restaurant serves a minimalistic menu but does those dishes very well.
Their mercemek corba is flavorful and their Iskender Kebap is awesome (NEARLY as good as that served in Bursa).
Note the Iskender can be quite heavy so feel free to have it yagsiz (without the butter) or with less butter (even if your friends think it is a sacrilege!)
Verdict: Highly Recommended.
