However, newcomers to spicy food should proceed with caution; the flavors here are robust and can be overwhelming for the uninitiated. I highly recommend the Gyoza and the Ebi Katsu. The Firestarter chicken is a fiery delight that lives up to its name, and the Korean BBQ beef is another must-try that consistently impresses.

Service at Wagamama is commendable, with staff members who are both friendly and attentive. A word of caution regarding the service charge: despite being told that it’s not included, Wagamama’s policy includes it in the price, as is standard across all their locations. Patrons should not feel compelled to pay an additional service charge if this is mentioned.

Very good atmosphere and very unique setting. Very good food choices. Seems prices are on par for a sushi/asian place in Istanbul. (Menu pics with prices included.) Both people who served me spoke English. I ordered the chili chicken Ramen. it was definitely good but not the best Ramen I’ve had. I’m from Seattle and we have pretty amazing Ramen houses. Service was just okay. It wasnt busy but it took over 25 min to get the food out. Once my order was taken nobody spoke to me again until I asked someone to come over to get my bill. But as a English speaker it was very nice to be able to communicate.

It’s on the top floor (I think maybe there’s 8 levels or so) of a upscale mall. They have a very upbeat vibe and there’s about 8 other quality restaurants all on a open floor plan. Picture a nicer version of a mall food court but with high class food instead. So someone in your group could grab a steak from their neighbors but still sit together.

The food was a string of bad attempts at Americanized Asian food. The cauliflowr bang bang was undercooked, the pad thai was dry and tasteless, the sushi was average, the duck pancakes and dumplings would have been ok if we were given plates to eat them on and didnt have to slobber sauce all over the other plates crammed in front of us all at once. A staff member clearing the soy sauce and chilli oil bottles for refill thought it ok to take away our bottles whilst we were still eating without providing a replacement. The rest of the service was rushed and impersonal by tired staff keen on finishing their chores by closing time. Overall a very bad dinner experience. Note: we came into the restaurant at 9:30pm and were not initially told the restaurant would be closing at 10. If we were, we would have opted to find another place rather than to feel pressured to cram all the food we ordered in...
