My experience was the worst, and even one star feels too generous.
On the afternoon of December 3rd, my son had an accident while trying to exit the small train operating inside Snow Abu Dhabi. His fingers were caught in the door, which clearly must have felt unusual. Despite this, the staff member on duty slammed the door shut, resulting in my son’s finger being fractured.
How on earth are your staff trained in safety if such an accident could happen to a child? My son was in tears, and his father, in shock, had to rush him to a nearby hospital. They couldn’t make any complaints at the time due to the emergency, so I am writing this now.
I tried to write this issue on their website, but there was no proper place where I could submit my concerns. I left a message to inquire about the matter, but I have received no response from them.
They didn’t even attempt to check on how my son was doing after the incident. They didn’t ask my husband for his contact information, provide any business card, or take any similar action. Since then, they have shown complete indifference and have taken no responsibility for the situation.
I can’t even want to imagine how terrible things could have been if the situation had worsened.
In such a situation, I can’t help but question how we can trust them and feel safe visiting a play facility for children. I am deeply disappointed by their response to this incident.
I am deeply worried about the possibility of this injury affecting my son’s future. How do you intend to compensate for this incident, and what measures will you take to take responsibility?
If this is how children’s play facilities are managed, who could ever feel safe bringing their children here?
So, I want to know how you plan to take responsibility for this incident moving forward. Additionally, I am curious about what measures you will implement to prevent such accidents in the future.
Snow abudhabi need to deeply reflect on this issue and offer a sincere apology. Furthermore, you must make clear improvements not only in the safety training of your staff but also in their training for handling...
Read moreI recently had the opportunity to visit Snow Abu Dhabi, and it was a truly unique and enjoyable experience. As someone living in Abu Dhabi, the chance to escape the desert heat and step into a winter wonderland was a refreshing change.
The main attraction at Snow Abu Dhabi is the large indoor snow park, complete with snow-covered slopes, ice slides, and various snow activities. The park offers a range of experiences suitable for both children and adults. From snowball fights to tubing, there is something for everyone to enjoy.
The snow park itself was well-maintained, and the snow quality was impressive. The temperature inside the park was kept at a comfortable level, allowing visitors to fully immerse themselves in the snowy environment without feeling too cold. The staff provided warm clothing and equipment, ensuring a comfortable and safe experience for all guests.
The highlight of my visit was the skiing and snowboarding area. Although it was relatively small compared to dedicated ski resorts, it offered a fun and enjoyable experience for beginners and intermediate-level riders. The instructors were friendly and patient, providing helpful guidance to those who needed it.
Another noteworthy aspect of Snow Abu Dhabi was the snow village, where visitors could explore beautifully crafted ice sculptures and enjoy a cup of hot chocolate in a cozy atmosphere. The attention to detail in the sculptures was impressive, and it added a touch of magic to the...
Read moreThe worst place ever!! We had a horrible experience here. customer service misguided us that many rides were appropriate for my son, which infact when we went inside there was minimum criteria of 30kgs so my son couldn't participate. Apart from this there only 3 rides my son could do and it wasn't fun at all for a 9 year old. it was very babyish rides. On top of this, bumping cars and sky slide (for me) was out of order and they didn't even indicate that it's not working... so we landed up waiting in the queue for 40 mins. All the more, many kids and adults disnt follow any queue system and they just went past us by pushing through and the staff didn't even stop them. I raised these concerns with staff inside and they didn't do anything about this. There was hardly any soft snow on the ground to grab to throw snow balls at each other (as we didn't have anything else to do) After the disappointing experience, we came out and raised this with the manager. He said he will look into this and get back to us as we were flying out next day but nothing so far. it has been weeks and I tried to contact them but nothing yet!! Do you really care for your customers, especially after such high prices that are definetly not justified with that they provide. you can visit thrilling adventurous snow experience with rides for less than half their price everywhere else in the world.... May be they charge unreasonable amount of price because it's snow in a...
