Desert Frames & Glass — Attraction in Dubai

Based on the good reviews and my own past experience with Desert Frames, I was returning customer until now.

This time around I felt their customer service has deteriorated significantly.

I had two frames ordered. One was ready in time but the other was plaqued with issues such as an out of stock frame design (this was not communicated to me while I was there), to make it worse, the sales person went on leave without informing me (which delayed the work even more). Until now, I have not been contacted about my frame.

I visited the store today, only to be told the frame is nowhere to be found and it might still be in the workshop. Basically they have no idea where my art is.

I have made 4 visits over two months to sort out this out of stock frame. It is something a customer should not be subjected to by a store, no matter how popular their reputation.

I have never been treated this poorly by a business before. It’s a sentimental piece and I am extremely disappointed in their lack of communication and attitude towards a returning customer.

I can genuinely say their reputation and cost does not justify my headache and my time. I just hope they haven’t...

Visited the shop on Saturday and had the pleasure to interact with Ibrahim. Knowledgeable about the frames, took care of the silk screens (artwork) and offered insightful suggestions that was both cost effective and did justice to the piece.

Once we agreed on the price and I left, Ibrahim kept me updated on the status of the work. I needed the artwork by Wednesday (in time to surprise my wife) and they delivered on that promise.

The delivery and installation of the pieces was done by Tran. Again very impressed by his meticulousness and care. He ensured everything was set up exactly how I wanted it.

I got 1 frame repaired (done by them 8 years ago) and 2 new pieces. Super satisfied and will definitely continue to go back to them for...

We had the worst experiences in our life with Desert Frames!😱😱😱😱😱😤😤😤😤 Firstly these ppl are totally unprofessional ,they ve no idea how to install glass doors, joints,silicon ,and rubber seals. I’ll post the picture so everyone shud beware not to hire these goonies,phony baloneys ☠️🤬🤬🤬 Not only unprofessional but bloody messy , didn’t even had the curtesy to clean up the mess after service .. And also very shamelessly stepped on our new furnitures,didn’t brought their own ladder kept on asking for cleaning materials ..spilled all the juice on our dinning room carpet ,didn’t even cleaned it ...awful,awful and awful ..put three holes in our new tub...
