absolutely outstanding experience. this is definitely another amazing structure in dubai - something of a showcase. what would be amazing is - if you could find a spot in al karama where you could see the Burj Khalifa inside the frame and take a pic!!
anyhow - we went on a weekday, got into the parking lot around 1050. we bought our tix online (highly suggest you do that), and got a small discount for doing so. all you have to do is show the security/entry your code that comes to your email from buying online, and you skip the ticket booth line out front by the parking lot.
we were into the building in the line by 11am, and on the escalator by 1115am. just note that this place does get busy, especially with large tour buses coming through - so get there early!! we've heard of wait times upwards of an hour just to get in.
there's a ton of cultural history about dubai inside, before you take the elevators to the top. once on top, more culture information, and there's a see-through glass floor so you can look 500' down. it's pretty sweet. on one side of the FRAME is old dubai and on the other side is new dubai - the future.
i would make one suggestion: there are tons of iconic buildings in both old/new dubai. how about putting up qr-codes for smartphones to scan and it would load up an interactive/vr website on your phone that you can move around the city and it would label certain buildings / areas of interest / show particular information on that spot. there's so much more tech that THE FRAME could use to enhance the visitor's experience!!
oh - on the top floor - there is also a small cafe with items for purchase. once you come back down on the other elevator, you must go through the gift shop - everything is prepped for sale and then exit the frame.
do not miss this!! must visit
the FRAME itself is simply amazing. stunning for a scenic...
Read moreI enjoyed well. Stunning view from the bridge. Although my visit was during evening I missed the night view of Dubai. I would recommend to go here at evening so you get the chance to see the places both in day light and dark mode. Try to get the ticket online to avoid queues and waiting time. Once you enter the frame, you are taken through the visual display for the old Dubai supported with stalls made to show. Later once we move forward to the escalator to the observation bridge, try to get near to the glass, so you get the most stunning view and the lift is going at an amazing speed so you feel same as in a flight take-off. While you are at the observation bridge, walk over the glass bridge and experience the top view. Finally when you are about to leave don't miss the show for...
Read moreVisiting the Dubai Frame was an unforgettable experience. The architecture is stunning — a perfect blend of modern design and cultural symbolism. The elevator ride up to the Sky Deck was smooth and fast, and the panoramic views of both old and new Dubai were breathtaking. I especially loved the glass walkway — a little scary at first, but so worth it!
The museum on the ground floor gave a nice glimpse into Dubai’s transformation from a fishing village to a global city. Everything was clean, well-organized, and staff were very helpful. Definitely recommend booking your tickets online to avoid waiting in queues.
Great spot for photos and a unique perspective of the city’s past,...
