I am absolutely appalled by the horrendous service at this so-called nail salon. I got a gel manicure, expecting it to last at least a couple of weeks. Instead, it started chipping off and looked absolutely dreadful just TWO DAYS after I had it done. When I went back to complain, they had the audacity to blame ME, saying I "smudged it myself." Seriously?! If the gel was applied correctly, there is no way this would happen.

To make matters worse, their customer service is downright disgusting. Instead of apologizing and fixing the issue, they told me that "this salon is probably not for you." Well, they got that right!
