On Friday we visited your restaurant. Inside it was very nice and cozy, a live saxophone was playing. But the girl at the entrance who receives guests. Unfortunately, she did not have a badge and we do not know her name offered us a table so small and near the door for staff. My friend is a respectable man, a businessman from Europe. Yes, he was not wearing a suit, he was very upset and indignant because the bar seemed half empty, but this girl said that everything was booked, although there were also seats at the bar, they are never booked. She insisted that we sit at this tiny table, we did not agree and she offered us tables outside where there was bright light and no music and this sounded like an offer to leave the bar. Whaaat?? We sat down at the bar in the end. And after an hour we saw that the table on the right was empty and there was also a seat at the bar. No one offered us to move to the table . I live across the street another building and almost every day I come to the Roka and Maine restaurant and these are great places with great staff as you are in a 5 star hotel with a high rating. Please pay attention and teach your staff to correctly identify guests and be more attentive and friendly to guests as you are in the center of Dubai in a great hotel. I can give the bar a plus. We couldn't try the food because no one offered us a table for an hour and a half. The bartender was attentive to us. The girl hosting the guests ruined...
