I recently had the pleasure of visiting Farsi for Iftar, and it was a truly wonderful experience. I had the pleasure of dining at Farsi Restaurant in Business Bay – Bay Avenue for dinner, and I must say it was an absolutely unforgettable experience!

From the moment I stepped in, the atmosphere was warm, elegant, and welcoming. The view of Burj Khalifa from the outdoor seating area added a magical touch to the evening – truly one of the best spots in Dubai to enjoy a delicious meal with such a breathtaking skyline.

The team at Farsi Restaurant was exceptional. Every staff member was kind and attentive, making sure our dining experience was smooth and enjoyable. I’d like to give special thanks to Hannah, who went above and beyond with her service – professional, friendly, and genuinely caring.

The food was authentic and full of flavor, truly capturing the richness of Iranian cuisine. What made it even more special was the complimentary Iranian tea served at the end of the meal, along with a traditional Iranian dessert on the house – a lovely and generous gesture that rounded off the evening perfectly.

I wanted to write a review as I really did not have a nice experience at this restaurant actually was very strange... when we walked in no one acknowledged us and we stood waiting around looking to get the attention of staff. I wouldn't mind if they were busy but it was almost empty one table with customers.

The manager even walked past twice and only on the third time said one moment I will be with you. Ok fine, then sat there waiting for the waiter to come take our order, again just walked past up a couple of times and dismissed us when I tried getting attention. At this point I decided i wanted to leave just felt really bad vibes, when a waiter finally arrived. I didn't want to create drama so stayed, the food was nice but the experience was very strange never felt uncomfortable in a restaurant before the attitude really let the business down.

Think need more training in customer service a smile and welcome goes along way.
