Disappointing and Unacceptable Washroom Policy at Jump n Fun
I had a very unpleasant experience at Jump n Fun that left me frustrated and concerned. While using the boysâ washroom to change my young sonâs diaper, a staff member entered and insisted that I leave immediately because the restroom was âfor men.â I tried to explain that my son was not fully dressed yet and that I just needed a moment to finish, but he kept pressuring me, making the situation extremely uncomfortable. Despite my efforts to communicate, he continued insisting that I leave, putting me under unnecessary stress until I had to raise my voice for him to back off.
After I finished, I spoke with the supervisor, expecting some understanding, but she repeated the same statementâthat the boysâ washroom is for men. This is completely unacceptable. The word âboysâ is clearly written on the washroom door, which should indicate that it is meant for young boys, not adult men. If the intention was for men to use it, it should have been labeled âMenâs Washroomâ instead.
To make matters worse, I later saw another mother with her son inside the boysâ washroom, yet she was not told to leave. This inconsistency in enforcing the rule makes the situation even more frustrating.
For the safety and comfort of children, I strongly urge Jump n Fun to implement a clear and reasonable washroom policy. A âboysâ washroomâ should be designated for young children only, while adult men should be directed to other available restrooms in the mall. Allowing men and young children to share the same washroom is not only inconvenient but also a serious safety concern.
I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary changes to create a safer, more family-friendly...
Read moreI had a challenge of finding a suitable place to host a birthday party for kids ranging 2 to 6 years without splitting them across several floors. Jump n Fun had the perfect layout to put parents at ease and offering fun for all age groups. The birthday booking was seamless, everything well explained and done through Whatsapp. The decoration was so lovely and a special thanks to the host and entertainer. I had some inexperienced hosts in another place the previous year and was nervous. Luckily the Jump and Fun team was very experienced, they were fantastic at playing games suitable and exciting for all kids. Music, cake ceremony, food delivery was all managed without delays or technical issues, so everyone - especially us parents - were relaxed and had time to enjoy. They managed to do that despite it being a very busy afternoon with walk-in guests. The party area is right next to it, but is offering a relaxing atmosphere without too much noise. We received very positive feedback from the other parents as well. Some managed to do some back to school shopping while kids had a blast. So thanks again for the professionalism, the warm hospitality and making it a memorable day. I can highly...

The place is so adorable and wonderfully clean!
The only reason I gave it 4 not 5 is because the toddler area couldâve been better. My son is 16months so he was only allowed in the toddler area..
Price : 50dhs an hour , if you donât have socks they sell them for 5dhs.
Toddler area included⊠:A fun little ball pit with air tubes for the balls to drop from.. and a carrousel of cute little zebras .. : Grocery store with little trolleys (need to a few more) : Kitchen area , that also included washing machine and cabinets : Dress up corner : Near the big kids area was a few rides that were adorable and the floor was lined up like a street
Little munchkins like to climb places and explore once they start walking so his attention quickly went to the big kids area with the slides and the stairs ⊠I wish they added a few little steps or a slide or even a tunnel. For an hour in the same space it feels like a restriction for them..
The staff though deserves 5/5 !! Super friendly and helpful just loved them!
Would come back definitely , hopefully though they allow the little ones to play on the slides...
