I have been a loyal customer to Bateel for many years. This is my favorite cafe and dates brand ever. Quality of their products are just uniquely amazing. So is service. Today (1st Jan 2024) I came for breakfast. I ordered egg royale but a different one (avocado toast)was served, my first time to order egg royale so I didn’t know what it looked like. So I didn’t notice it was not Egg royale and I started to eat. Then the supervisor came and asked how the food was, suddenly she realized it was not egg royale that I ordered. Then she asked chef to make a new egg royale for me and let me keep the avocado toast as well without additional charge. I recently visited Café Bateel and had an excellent dining experience. The food was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of dishes that were both fresh and flavorful. The quality of ingredients truly stood out, and everything we ordered was beautifully presented.

What made the experience even more special was the exceptional service. I’d like to particularly highlight MR. MOHAMMED who went above and beyond to make our visit memorable. He was attentive, warm, and ensured that we were well taken care of throughout our meal. His professionalism and friendly demeanor added a personal touch to the dining experience.

I would give minus score if I can!I just finish my lunch here,SUPER Rude service from the two philipino female staff!As a more than 3years weekly dining customer I know your normal portion size, but my stomach is not comfortable today so I ordered 2 kids meal for my kid and myself, when I check the bill,those2 Philipino staff gave me a hateful look and ignore me asking for napkins! And they did not gave me receipt after I paid! When I asking for the receipt they stared at in a impatient face! They told me I can't order kids meal for adult in a very rude way!
