Visiting Motiongate Dubai was like stepping into a dreamworld of movies and adventure! From the moment I entered, the cinematic atmosphere and incredible attention to detail captured my heart. Each zone transported me into the magical worlds of my favorite movies, like Shrek, Madagascar, and The Hunger Games.

The rides were the highlight—thrilling, immersive, and designed to make you feel like part of the story. I especially loved the roller coasters in the Lionsgate zone, which were adrenaline-pumping yet so much fun. The interactive 4D shows in the DreamWorks zone were unforgettable; it felt like I was living inside the scenes!

The park is also perfect for families and kids, with plenty of activities and character meet-and-greets. The vibrant parades and musical performances added to the overall excitement. Dining options were plentiful and themed, so even a simple meal felt like part of the adventure.

Extremely Disappointed with Motiongate Dubai – Terrible Staff Attitude!

Our visit to the park turned into a complete disappointment due to the disrespectful behavior of the staff and the inconsistent height policy for children.

According to the official website, the minimum height for many attractions is 90 cm. We measured our child in advance — he is exactly 90 cm. However, when we arrived, the staff rudely refused entry, claiming the child had to be 95 cm. No clear explanation, no kindness — just cold, dismissive, and even aggressive behavior.

It feels like the rules are not clearly communicated, and the staff applies them selectively. It’s as if the park is meant only for “chosen” families, not everyone.

For the price of admission, we expected a day of joy and professionalism, not humiliation and frustration. This was our first and last visit to Motiongate.

We had great time at Motiongate! My daughter absolutely loved it, especially at DreamWorks and Smurfs Village — both areas were incredibly well-designed, engaging, and full of fun activities for kids. The attractions were entertaining, the staff were friendly and helpful, and everything felt safe and well-organized. It was such a joy to see her so excited and happy.
