Security – Mr. Rahul security guard and Front Door – Mr. Harshad – A heartfelt thanks to both of you. Mr. Harshad and Mr ruhaul never misses a chance to greet me with a respectful and warm wish, whether it’s morning, afternoon, night, or even during rush hours. His consistent politeness and respectful behavior is commendable. I truly believe that everyone on the ground floor should follow their example.

Café Staff – Kajol & Tamanna – These two ladies are simply amazing. They are always professional, polite, and courteous. Their service and attitude make every café visit a pleasant experience.

While I’m truly grateful for the amazing team and atmosphere at Radisson Health Club, I would like to kindly suggest upgrading some of the gym equipment and accessories. Newer equipment is needed to meet the challenges and fitness demands of today. After all, we are training in a 5-star hotel gym, and the facilities should reflect that standard. An upgrade would definitely enhance the overall experience for all members.

I would like to take a moment to express my deepest appreciation to your incredible team for the outstanding support I received in preparation for my wedding at the Zabeel Ballroom dated 14th September 2025

Firstly, I would like to sincerely thank Mr. Ishan Jain, who stood by me during a very stressful situation. Despite the hall being occupied with another event until 3:00 pm, he went above and beyond by allowing my wedding organizers early access three hours in advance and arranging a separate space for them to begin their setup. His patience, understanding, and dedication truly eased the pressure I was facing, and for that, I am profoundly grateful.

I would also like to extend my special appreciation to Mrs. Shikha, who guided me from the very beginning. She listened carefully to my requirements and helped me choose the perfect hall for my special day. Her professionalism and kindness made the planning process much smoother.

Additionally, I wish to thank the Sales Manager Mr. Samih, whose outstanding support meant so much to me. He personally called to reassure me that everything would be perfect, and his words truly calmed me down during a time of high stress. He even offered his office as an additional space for my organizer to ensure that no time was wasted and everything could be set up seamlessly.
