The Salon | Dubai Ladies Club — Attraction in Dubai

Two days ago I went for polish removal & nail cutting for the purpose of Umrah & I was charged AED AED 149 plus vat which is the full price of full mani/pedi service.. I questioned the lady that no polishwas done, to that she said well thats the price. Then I told her that I will come for polish only after 2 days whn I am back, ironically she said well we will charge you another AED 110!!! Ridiculous!!! A month ago, I went for hair blowdry for my birthday celebration (which was on the same day) I was charged AED 150 for the blowdry then anothr AED 250 for "hair-styling" which the stylist spent 90 minutes for an updo which I did not ask for at all!!! She "claimed" that she did not hear me & instead of apologizing for wasting my time & ruining my hair for too much of hair-spray, the lady had the audacity of charging me for an updo which I did not want or like. I even asked her to open it cause it looked like I am ready for a wedding rather than a casual Birthday brunch! I jokingly asked the receptionist for a simple discount cause it was my special day, she sarcastically answered "I can gice you free coffee"!!! have been a client of The Salon for the last 2 yrs & referred a lot of my own friends & clients thus I would have appreciate it if they would have considered that! Firstly I want to say that this is my favorite saloon in Dubai, I am coming for mani , pedi , facial and hair. But this time this review is not going to be about service it is going to be about today’s horrible experience of another customer. Me personally I am going to saloon and I want to relax. Today I couldn’t. This lady she brought with her her small baby boy who obviously was bored wasn’t entertained, but problem is not with the small kid. It is coming from mother who was maybe thinking she is in her own house and she let him shout and screem like in a playground. In my opinion kids shouldn’t be allowed in saloon if their mothers can’t keep under control not that saloon will be upside down coz of them. Secondly she was very rude with nails ladies who are brw very professional and they know what they are doing. It was her own mistake that her nails weren’t the way she wanted if she doesn’t know how to explain, but being rude like very very rude with the staff is not a proper reason how to explain your self. Very bad and unprofessional customer service, when i came in and it was my first time in this saloon, noone from the working staff has offered any water even during this hot weather in Dubai, they just go back and forward making themselves busy, deceiving customers with the prices on the services, while booking they will say one price after you are finished with the service, saying twice higher price without informing the customer before, when complaining to the person who booked me at the end, she told me will check what happened and get back, never heard from her after. Philippina staff were very unprofessional and acting very childish, pushing each other and this was during one of them was doing my pedicure and she was working with sharp tool inside my toe nail, i was shocked and didn’t say anything, my technician saw my shocked face and told the other lady in tagalog to come down. Overall if there will be a scale starting from -1 star ⭐️ or 0 star, thats exactly what they deserve and even this saloon is 5 min from the place i stay, i will never go...
