I was really excited to go wakeboarding, but the experience was ruined by the owner’s rude and unprofessional attitude. I arrived 30 minutes late to my 9:00 AM booking, but instead of letting me use the remaining time or adjusting fairly, she said I had to pay for 2 hours but only get 1 hour and 20 minutes — because she had other customers coming.

When I pointed out how unfair that was, she got aggressive and even threatened me with her husband, which was completely unacceptable. I only ended up playing for 1 hour, yet she still pushed me to pay the full amount.

On the bright side, Sam and Chichinette were amazing — skilled, professional, and respectful. But due to the owner’s behavior, I will not return and can’t recommend this...

Although it was a bit of a last-minute search, one of the first companies I came across was Wake Surf Dubai. The reviews were excellent, and my intuition told me it was the right choice. Mikyle and Karthik confirmed it with their care, punctuality, and friendly attitude. Mikyle gave my son great tips, and he immediately enjoyed the one-hour ride. Karthik sped up the boat, Mikyle blasted the music—and off we went, wakeboarding with the Burj Khalifa in the background. An awesome experience! Highly recommend this...
