Only issue was the book system website appears to have been designed by a high school kid in the 90s, its unintuitive, non mobile friendly and like visting the Internet during the AOL and Lycos search engine days. Your cant book other than in set groups and if your group is outside the set number then expect to have to create multiple accounts because the site won't let you book multiple tickets. Oh and take an extra £1.50 per person as the glove requirement isn't exactly noted much on the website but yoy can't skate without them.

Vast improvement since last time I went. Had plenty of penguins and seats to hire, and they can't be pre-booked anymore, and they had a good quantity as well. No smile on faces of the staff, the skates for hire are in a really poor condition and not sharpened properly. The ice resurfacer doesn’t work properly, the ice it self on the arena isn’t smooth, I came on straight after it was polished and there where bumps and lines so it was hard to get the proper balance.
