Vast improvement since last time I went. Had plenty of penguins and seats to hire, and they can't be pre-booked anymore, and they had a good quantity as well. Skates used to be rubbish for people with big feet( size 13 at least) - I have bought my own so this may well be fixed now. The staff I spoke too were all very polite and helpful. Need 20p coins for lockers and they are not returned for some reason.

Attended a Ice hockey match. Full House great family atmosphere tickets were reasonably priced £12 adults £8 for a child small children go free. Quick and easy entry a raffle and throw the puck game between the 2nd and 3rd period were great. Food and drink all reasonably priced also. Would advise plenty layers of clothing especially for those that feel the cold.

This is like a second home to me over hockey season, best seating in the SNL and the cafe has been consistent in service, other ice arenas could learn a lot from the Links Arena. Still personally believe the Zamboni would be thankful to be treated to a nice set of ramps to save it bouncing up and down the kerb of the ice when it's out dressing 😁

Very nice place for kids to spend quality time and parents to injoy a caffe, sandwiches or swites. They can have learning leasons with asome teachers to. The personal is very plasent and helpful. The little kids can have access to ice and they are having a lot of fun. On Friday is disco from 19.00 to 21.00

Went to watch Saturday night ice hockey, all the staff within the arena where friendly, professional, arena seating area arrange great, large issue was at start of the evening at least half of females toilets where out of action, which for a venue with an event on very disappointing,

Great place for family's and people who just want to relax, and the staff and very friendly. If you are a student be sure to inform the person at the desk when paying or else you'll be put down as an "Adult" which is quite a bit more expensive than a student.
