First visit today,certainly won't be the last. My sister and I had been looking for a Sunday lunch place,and were fed up with pubs and places where the insta look of the food was more important than its flavour. We have found our place,we both had the roast lamb dinner,which was lovely,hot and tasty,beautifully presented without being pretentious, and a good serving without being overfacing,all at a very reasonable price. We then treated ourselves to the plum and apple crumble with custard,which was also excellent. The staff were,without exception, friendly, helpful and efficient,tables were cleared,cleaned and relaid immediately they were vacated,nothing was too much trouble,without them being in your face. Altogether a brilliant experience, and one I'll be treating my family to when next they visit,and my sister and I will be coming again,just because we can!
