Made an order of over 35 waist coats. They took all the measurements and around 20 out of the 35 came wrong. When contacting them was told more are on the way and will be here for Tuesday. When called and asked what time they’d come for we were told Wednesday. Being so close to the wedding day and a lot of clothes still not sorted I spoke out of frustration as there’s less than a week left to the wedding and each day we’d ring we’d get told a different day. During this call a member of the shop spoke with a high tone which when questioned he said he was going to cancel the order and call the police. Very very disappointing. A member called Usman was specifically told by me to take my measurements and make them made to measure instead of going of other sizes that were made and then amending them. I was told he knew what he was doing and would be right. Unfortunately I am still waiting for an update as my own waistcoat was very very tight. They ordered another one without re-sizing me and now I don’t know where I stand.

My Cousin recommended me to go to this shop to do my wedding shopping, as he wanted to shop here for his wedding. Covid decided to come so him and his wife unfortunately couldn’t and did a small wedding at home. Anyways long story short I went here to purchase my dream bridal lengha and alhamdulillah it was the best decision I ever made. I got a customised lengha made in 2020/2021 around that time and they literally made my dream come true. Literally had no problem with it when I first saw it once it was made and when I wore it on my wedding day. Everyone said the piece was stunning. They literally even gave me a decent price for my lengha even though I had so much done to it and it was super heavy. So I really do recommend this place to everybody.
