Cha Cha Chai — Restaurant in Bradford

I always come to Cha Cha Chai for my food, and it never disappoints! I usually get the chicken steak on chips – it’s always super fresh, full of flavour, and absolutely delicious. It’s the kind of meal that hits the spot every single time.

The staff here are great, really friendly and welcoming. A special shoutout to Mohammed – he always goes above and beyond to make sure we’re looked after. Whether it’s bringing over tissues, cutlery, or just checking in to see if everything’s okay, he really pays attention to the little things that make a big difference.

Myself and my family visited chai chai chai this morning for the first time. We were served by a lovely lady called Naz. There was 5 of us including 3 children and there was something to suit every palate. When the food came it was hot and delicious. I had Desi chai and it was truely the best tea I have tasted. I bought 2 kinder bueno doughnut's from here today. Whilst eating I found two hairs within these and this made me throw it in the bin and made me feel physically sick. Bearing in mind I did not even finish this so there might even be more strands of hair. this is absolutely disgusting. for a big company they should be much more hygienic and to add the woman making the doughnuts did not even wear gloves or have a hair net on and was scratching her hair.
