Online order experience. We read the terms saying delivery possible in standard UK postcodes. Then used the search in the website to build a shopping basket. At payment time got a message saying that the order could not proceed because some items could not be delivered to our postcode.
It turns out that each category - only if you browse by category - has a message at the top if it cannot be delivered outside of Cambridge. Examples: Frozen and chilled. It would make a lot more sense - since I was logged in with my address details - that you get a message as soon as adding an item that cannot be delivered.
After we'd removed the non-deliverable items (halved the order size) on to payment. I did not like the fact that you enter your card details right inside the website, rather then being taken to an recognised external payment provider site for that. Would like to have used PayPal but not available. used Apple Pay in the end which was a bit fiddly. Order placed at exactly 14:00.
The food arrived the next day, well packed but with a lot those annoying polystyrene balls on top of an over large box.

They're really prompt with getting things sent over and do a good job of packing with enough ice packs and cooling so that meat and fish is still frozen by the time it arrives. They've called to get in contact when order amendments were needed and refunded price differences for replacements, so overall I'm quite happy...
