Rituals — Attraction in Cambridge

I got to my favourite store Rituals in the Cambridge branch today, I met the most amazing, friendly, authentic lady who approached me with a warming smile to help show me some products. Her name is Ann-Marie. Being new as a wheelchair user we shared some personal experiences and instantly put me at ease and offered me some lovely tea. Her knowledge about the products and her caring attitude and the passion for rituals really shone through. It wasn’t until we got to the till she explained she was new to the store, I was amazed, having worked a long time in customer experience I couldn’t believe it. Ann-Marie, I wish you every best in your new career at Rituals - you are such a gorgeous person inside and out and genuinely care for everyone no doubt not just your customers. Rituals - please recognise that Ann-Marie is a credit to the business and your Cambridge store and give her every recognition that she deserves. Came yesterday 25th of September talked to a lovely lady regarding room spray. She said i have a bday gift, next day the 26th of September (i.e today) the staff a boy was very unhelpful and reluctant to give the bday gift first he said it was only valid for 15 days then he said it was valid for 30 days and as it's been 31 days nothing for me... Boy you need to learn about some customer services....

I WILL NEVER NEVER BUY YOUR PRODUCTS AGAIN NOT EVEN ONLINE... And don't ever say about next year horrible horrible...

We visited the Cambridge store on 16/12/20. We were greeted by Cara who tactfully offered us hand balm as we browsed. We wished to test the aftershave and were directed to a gorgeous hand wash facility where an array of the shower creams were available to cleanse our hands with.
