We went into the post office to get a D1 form for my wife on entry in their was a big halfway down the shop their was only two people serving and why they have 5 counters and only 2 working then another staff member appears at the back of the counters who decided to talk to the working and goes into the office to talk two other staff members we had to wait 30 minutes before we finally got to the counters the on staff that was working on counter 3 had a load of parcels from a customer he had to put all the parcels into the Wright area bags at same time no other members of staff made any attempt to come and help serv customers at the queue was now to the shop entrance and when finally got to the counter 5 we asked for a form D1 form to renew a driving license the woman said we have to apply to DVLA direct we said to the woman we was told from two other post offices we had to go to Cannock her reply was no we don't do them here at all the woman was very rude and abrupt all the time she was dealing with us all wanted was a form and she could not be bothered to get off her seat to get a form it's a main post office and found out from another post office all post offices have all forms to do with driving licence we are absolutely disgusted with Cannock post office we shall not be going there again a very...
