PANCHITOS. Was a complete and utter disappointment firing on all cylinders

As I walk into the fast food place. There was no one there, ready to greet me and take my order. Their delivery person was the only one who seemed to let people know I was there. They certainly seem shocked that they actually had someone in there which, after receiving my overpriced, cold and questionable food.

I paid £16 for what I thought was gonna be a two large beef burritos what was given to me was two small child side portions which were tasteless and cold.

The food along with the service as a long way to go to reach substandard. Usually when I walked past this restaurant/Fast-food place.

Very disappointing. We ordered two chimichangas and the Mexican chicken wings. The chimichangas came with unpleasant, tasteless, cheep cheese melted on the top, which was unnecessary. We had the spicy chicken variant which contained large lumps of dry tasteless chicken, some rice and kidney beans, more of the nasty cheese and some lettuce. The wrap had obviously been deep fried but was more soggy than crispy. By far the worst chimichangas I have had the misfortune of ingesting.

The Mexican chicken wings had a nice flavour, but were soggy with grease and a little slimy. The foil container still held a substantial puddle of fat when the chicken wings were consumed.

In comparison, Casa Rica in Leamington is much nicer! So much so that we will be driving there the next time we want...

This was the first time ordering from Panchitos and as its a new takeaway you don't always know what to expect. Well let's just say they exceeded our expectations. We rang the takeaway to change the order and the person who dealt with our order was polite and was so helpful. The food arrived in excellent time and still piping hot. The chicken was full of flavour and seasoned well. The burrito was full, the Patti was thick and juicy and the Potato skins were delicious too. The portion sizes of chips and salad was excellent.
