Not sure what to expect, I booked parking in advance using the Just Park app at The Premier Inn, Google maps said it was a 9 minute walk to Bottons. Pleasantly surprised that when we arrived we were literally 100 meters away from the entrance. An absolute breeze getting in, there is no admission costs, you just walk in through the gates and you are at the first ride. Ride admission is either token or wristband. Token machines are cleverly placed near the entrances. I think its a cash making exercise aimed at people who have never been here before. You use contactless payment to purchase some tokens, go on the first couple of rides and then see the bright yellow booths that sell the wristbands. Then you realise that all rides are either 2 or 3 tokens and the tokens you bought as you arrived at Bottons are not going to last 20 minutes, you then make a further purchase of a wristband. If these booths were at the entrances, people would buy wristbands first and not tokens and save enough money for a portion of chips at the over priced food stands. There are height restrictions on all rides, but don't get caught out with this. If your child is close to the height, 1.4m for 1 ride, 1.3m for most rides and 1.2m for the younger riders. Then get them to wear trainers with a bit of a heal on them. Ride staff will not allow anyone under the height, not even by 1cm, but if they have a heal on their shoes and it puts them over the height marker they will allow them on, even though they would be under height with flat shoes on. (My train set my rules appy, even if unfair). Side stalls are good and the prizes are decent too. You can buy the prizes and pretend you won them. The camel racing side stall is great for family contests, up to 10 players at a time. Your tokens and wristbands are only valid in the Bottons area, as soon as you venture out to the big rides through the metal gates, your tokens and wristbands are not valid, cash only. Mid August, on a Friday I was expecting to queue for every ride, we never queued for a single ride, straight on every time. Definitely a place to go if you have...

Read moreTried to find an email to message them but it doesnt seem to exist. We visited today (4/8/2019) and we had a good time. However, between 6pm and 7pm my daughter went on the Yo-Yo ride, and when you sit on it your supposed to lift up the safety bar slightly and pull it shut. My daughter struggled, then got her finger in the wrong place and got her finger trapped. The woman in charge of the ride was to busy talking to another employee, to hear my daughters cries!! My husband started yelling at the woman that shes stuck, the woman Carried on talking, I had started walking round and was yelling at her too and it wasnt until I was in her face that she realised something was wrong and even then she didnt hurry she then pulled the chain to release her. No sorry, nothing. Pay attention to the kids on the rides!! Stop talking!! Check on the children!! What if my daughter hadn't have done her gate up properly! She didnt bother to check if anyone had. Further more, why does the place not seem to have an accident book or any first aid rooms on site? My daughter trapped her finger and prior to that, banged her head hard on the Dodgems. Something needs to be done or you could one day have a lawsuit on your hands. It's a shame because other than that we...
