Buttrum's Windmill — Attraction in East Suffolk

I thoroughly enjoyed and would reccomend a visit to Buttrum's Mill. Located in a lovely setting within Woodbridge. Our guide was friendly, warm and knowledgeable, and it was thrilling ascending and descending stairs. A word of warning, they are little more than ladders, so if of a nervous disposition, or have mobility issues the upper floors are best avoided. The windmill has recently been taken over by a lovely young family, who are bringing a new enthusiasm to this windmill. At present it has limited opening hours so...

Charming little mill, can go nearly to the top, & see all the components, with a clear explanation of how it all worked from the knowledgeable & affable guides.
