Long queues, extortionate prices,better paying to go to Thorpe Park much better experience,The management/owners are clueless ,they seem to think they are the kings of the seafront/city, remember lockdown where all businesses had to close?these owners decided to ignore the restrictions and put there staff at risk and made them work,serving food and drink from the windows, he put profits first and not safety of his city that he apparently loves lol.. his son was so scared he would lose some pocket money when pride was on,he decided to put on a x rated drag show for the children!!the prices he has increased throughout all there establishments are ridiculous yet he pays his staff below minimal wage,The Millers who own this establishment have the nerve to send emails to all customers telling them how to vote on the next election due to parking charges are being extended between 6pm-9pm yet these chargers are needed to help us keep important services, if anyone is ripping of tourist it is this man and his son £5.50 for cold manky hot dog that was standard size you would get in a jar,a stale roll that was like rock..stay away from all his...

We went in Jan, in freezing weather with kids under 3. The kids loved the soft play (adults free, kids £7.50 and they wear wristbands). We were all impressed by the rides inside (£4 each, can pay in advance. Includes a boat, carousel, gyro bouncing cars and the hydraulic lift. One adult goes free with the child).

The soft play is four floors, has so much variety, slides, rollers, and a toddler section for 0-4. Be advised there's not much space for buggies, and there are only two toilets near soft play. More toilets downstairs by the arcade.

The arcade was the highlight for me personally. You get a card, load it with £5/10/20 and play games that only cost 20-75p. As a Londoner, we were shocked! The prizes for tokens was also very diverse, and you can save your card and tokens to get more at a later date, which we will definitely do.

The reason for giving it a high rating is the exceptional customer service. Helen, Fannie and Harry couldn't have been more personable and attentive if they tried.
