Oyster Gallery — Attraction in Great Britain

Well where do I start. I walked in and knew exactly what I wanted but the stores cute layout baffled my male searching ability (not hard). I asked a member of staff ( Tracey) and she not only directed me there but give me a run down of what was available when we arrived, very helpful. She then allowed me a period of solitary viewing. After taking a look at the items I returned to Tracey to ask a question. My question was an odd one to be fair but Tracey didn't guess she said I will enquire with my fellow stockists and get back to you as soon as I can because the Internet was unlikely to give me the answer, atleast not this weekend. I gave her my number and I had barely got home when my mobile rang. Tracey confirmed that the product was suitable after speaking to her colleagues. In a nutshell it was refreshing for a retailer to promise things and follow through on those promises. It was also great to get directions, initial information but most importantly some personal space to look. The icing on the cake was the snippet of information I was missing and the speed it came. Well done Tracey , Well done...

I've had great service from the Oyster Gallery. I was given a beautiful ring for Christmas, but unfortunately one of the tiny stones came out. I returned it to the Gallery, not even having the receipt as my daughter had bought it for me the previous summer - not only have they sent me a replacement free of charge, they also managed to get a better size for me. Thank you for some really good customer service! I would have no hesitation in buying...
