Nice little shop with a beautiful selection of handmade love spoons, however customer service is poor.When I originally ordered my love spoons I found the sales assistant a little aloof, but put it down to them having a bad day.I stupidly didn't check my receipt after ordering & paying for two love spoons.Upon collection of my love spoon I didn't check the engraved date on the spoon until I got home, when to my horror I realized the wrong date was on the spoon.I returned to the shop with my husband, the assistant was unhelpful and implied that the error was on my part as I hadn't checked the receipt and that I had given the wrong date (despite having checked my diary in the shop).With only a few days to the wedding and no solution or apology from the Love spoon shop it was up to us to find and pay to rectify the mistake else where.Sorry to say it was disappointing...

One of my favourite shops in the area. The lady is very knowledgeable & knows exactly what she's talking about. We had a couple of questions as was unsure of the meanings for each spoon but the lady was very nice & answered all our questions with no issues. The spoons are very well priced & great quality. Some of the spoons can be personalised & the lady was very informative of which ones can be changed and which can't as well as pricing & the time frame for these...
