Quite a small softplay. Went there for the second time as there is not much to do in Harlow for the kids especially when the weather is cold. In my opinion it is extremely expensive for 1,5 hrs session-apprently its like that over the weekends but school times you can stay longer. My kids enjoyed it simply cos its something new and exciting but the fact that they offer such small sessions kids couldnt understandand and became upset when we had to leave so soon... In my opinion they should re-plan the sessions. And make it at least 2 hour sessions during the busy times. Even if you are late you still had to leave on time! We got snacks also they are a bit pricey. Staff in general okay some are not that friendly... Not sure about going back issue is there is not much choice around... The main issue is short time for play and expensive!

What a terrible soft play! My son and daughter were playing here today. My 12 year old slipped on an unsecured piece of hardboard covered in vinyl with my 2 year old daughter in his arms- she flew out of his arms, banged her head on the hard floor which had carpet on it and had been left with a huge bruise and carpet burn. A member of staff saw me run over to her and heard her screaming; I had to ask for an ice pack. No first aid was given by any member of staff. My 12 year old with autism is so upset and says he will never go there again. I asked to speak to a manager who was rude, did not apologise and told me it wasn’t down to the venue but was down to the people who built the soft play. I will never visit here again and will be making as many people as possible aware that it is unsafe!

I would come here regularly but after a very bad experience today, I doubt that I will be returning.

All I asked for was a small baby portion of scrambled egg on toast for my 11 month old, 2 weeks ago this was not a problem, the lady did this for me and charged me half price but today a different member of staff said they can do a baby portion but wanted to charge me full adult price for this at £4.25. She told me it is not possible to do it at a lower price, but could not explain why this was done for me 2 weeks ago with no issue. She then told me it will be better value for me to order a kids breakfast meal for him at £4.95, which made no sense whatsoever.

I paid for just my meal and told her to leave the egg on toast for the baby and that I will feed him a food pouch that I have for him in my bag, she then had the nerve to tell me that I CANNOT FEED MY BABY ANY FOOD THAT HAS NOT BEEN PURCHASED ON THE PREMISES!!!! Did she expect my baby to starve or was she just trying to force me to pay £4.25 to feed him, either way I have never been so disgusted in my life.

Sometimes a bit of common sense and courtesy goes a long way. I am so disappointed in how me and baby were treated today. I most certainly will not be recommending this place anymore, I was also very close to booking my 4 year olds birthday party here but will be looking to do this elsewhere now.

UPDATE: WOW NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY!! Your response is just as ridiculous and pathetic as the situation.

Firstly what are you on about the junior member of staff giving me an extra egg as part of an adult full english? My order both times was for a cheese salad for me, and a baby portion of your adult scrambled egg on toast, she gave me half the portion and took a bit off the price. This is common sense and you should be applauding this junior member of staff for looking after customers, but your senior member of staff clearly has zero common sense!

AND WHERE IS YOUR BUSINESS SENSE? All I wanted was a baby portion of your adult scrambled egg on toast! This would mean using just 1 egg and 1 slice of bread and you expected me to pay £4.25 for this to feed an 11 month old in a cost of living crisis? I was happy to pay £2.25 for this which is fair and still a good amount of profit for you.

Everybody I have told about this thinks it is terrible. You clearly have zero business sense because this was so easily avoidable with common sense and customer service, but now it has cost you £££ because I will definitely not be booking a birthday party at your venue for my eldest BOY now.

Every time I visit your venue I get a feedback email. What is the point of this if you clearly do not take customer service seriously or care about looking after your customers? It is very obvious you do not take any customer feedback on board to improve.

I hope you can learn from this but judging from your laughable response to my complaint, it...

We booked a party before lockdown which is getting close to two years ago and we finally had it this weekend. I can't thank the staff enough including Amanda throughout the whole process they have been really good in communicating with us and also helping us rebook it all in in the end we had all in told about 80 children and 50 adults there. the staff couldn't do enough to help us anything we ask they helped us with without any problems or any kind of sign of we were putting them out. the management team with great there was plenty of food for everyone and the laser tag was really great fun for the kids as well to play with I would highly recommend wild and wacky to parents looking at having a birthday party. and also, I would like to thank them again for organising everything and making it such a smooth process.

I would give the staff turn out of 10 I would also give the venue 10 out of 10 for facilities and cleanliness and the food was absolutely great as well and plenty...

Absolutely disgusted, 13 adults about 15 kids at most and told that they’re too busy to book us in at the desk, even though the girl was happy to do it before one of the other workers turned up. Apparently there’s an extra £5 charge per child to book at the desk because they’re “busy”. Money grabbers literally all I can say, how can you justify a £15 charge because we wanted to pay when we came? You can’t - no matter how busy you are if you can’t afford the staff then reduce the number of children you let in. As if that isn’t bad enough you charge £6 per adult?! For what?!!!! I’m not sitting on the slide I’m paying for the privilege of keeping an eye on my children and at a premium price!!!! It’s just disgusting behaviour and you can see what matters most to such a place, I look forward to when you go out of business because in this economy spending £6 per adult we’re better off doing something more productive rather than...
