Was really worried this morning after reading the numerous negative reviews here but we had a really positive experience today. We went to the toddler session, the lady at the front desk was really lovely, and the staff member in the arena was also doing a great job, even making an effort to get the children to play with different things. My son is 3, the toddler session allows you to go into the main arena as well as the under 4s section. The under 4s bit is very small, so if you go during a normal session this wouldn't have been so fun. We honestly had a great time. Only things that were a minor bummer was lockers were £3 and parking cannot be authorised / refunded. As the toddler session is only the cost of the child ticket and doesn't charge for adults, the extra £6 spent on parking and lockers was reasonable but wouldn't have been great if id just spent £13 on an adult ticket.
Basically don't let the reviews put you off, give it a go. If your child is under 4 I would say the toddler sessions are probably of lower risk of the minority kids that make these kind of things terrible for the better behaved ones. I have no doubts that our experience wouldn't have been so fun had we gone during the day at the mercy of parentless teens but this is not the fault of the staff. The horrid reviews about staff I cannot condone based on my visit today so don't let those reviews put you...
Read moreI had fun with my daughter but I’d recommend the use of non-slip socks as I was constantly slipping and it was hard to get a grip to pull myself out of the balls pool, and I’m an athletic person. It was fun but also frustrating lol A staff member kindly helped me to get up twice.
One of the areas was closed so we didn’t get to have a look at it. From the ones that were open our favourite were the slides.
One thing that I didn’t like- we were there 15min early to allow time to check in and watch the safety briefing video but then had to wait for more people to join before the staff member started playing the video, which means that we started our session late. They also blew the whistle to indicate the end of our session a few minutes before our time was up. I understand that they try to get everyone out before the next session starts but a better system is needed for start/end of sessions so we are actually enjoying the time we paid for, that was nearly 10min lost in total. It might not seem like a long time but if you’re also taking a break to go to the toilet or have a drink (you’ll need it) the time flies.
The seating area was really nice and it was kept clean. They also provide lockers (not free). It would be nice if they offered free car parking for people with bookings.
Overall good experience and my daughter had...
Read moreAn Amazing Experience – Truly Outstanding Staff!
I visited Inflata Nation Inflatable Theme Park Ipswich today with my nearly 2-year-old son, and I couldn’t be more happy and impressed with the entire experience!
From the moment we arrived, the customer service was exceptional. Every single member of staff was genuinely friendly and welcoming — from the receptionist, to the bar lady, to the play area staff. You could tell they really cared about the families visiting.
I’d like to give a special shout-out to Cameron, who was managing the play area during our visit. He was incredibly attentive, helpful, and understanding, making sure we felt safe, comfortable, and had a great time. His kind and professional approach made a big difference to our experience — especially as I was there with a young child. He truly went above and beyond!
The manager should be proud of the team they’ve built here — it’s rare to see such consistent positivity and engagement from every staff member. It created a warm and stress-free environment for both kids and parents.
Thank you all for making our visit so enjoyable — we’ll definitely be back soon, and I’ll be recommending this place to everyone...
