Sky High Trampoline Park — Attraction in Lewes

I booked a uv party for my daughter and her 7 friends. When we arrived we were early, we went and checked in and were given wrist bands and socks. I was told our party room wasn't yet ready but should be in about 15 minutes. Waited and waited and I asked 1 person they said they would go up and check yet went straight back to the till to check people in. I then asked a 2nd person who came an said it still wasn't ready it had now been 30 mins. The kids were getting restless but finally had their saftey briefing the room still wasn't ready. I asked if we could at least pop the shoes, cakes presents etc in there. When we went up it was absolutely filthy. Cake, slush puppies, squash and rubbish everywhere. Now I understand that there had been a previous party but this was now our party time and it still wasn't ready. I asked someone yet again and they said they were about to do it an that they didn't anticipate being that busy and didn't have enough staff, I'm sorry but that's not my fault, if there isn't enough staff then there shouldn't be any more bookings allowed, i then went downstairs and there were 3 staff just standing around talking.Finally got into our party room at around 3.45 which is ridiculous as her party started at 3 and we had got there at 2.30. The kids went and had a bounce an we were just left to our own devices and wasn't checked on once. There session finnished and they headed upstairs for food. It was meant to be a uv party this involved a glow stick each, uv cups, 2 uv lamps and black out blinds. Now the room wasn't dark at all as the black out blinds where just flapping around so was such a pointless extra. They sat down an had a sweet cone each which was tiny, and i paid extra for instead of a party bag ,but quite frankly they were embarrassing to give instead of a party bag!! The party host then came out with 3 pepperoni pizzas an ONE margarita. Even though when someone called me last week to ask what food option we wanted I told them could we have mainly plain pizza. I questioned this an the girl brought another plain. We were given an option of either water or orange squash , (no blackcurrent), was constantly having to ask for more , wasn't once checked to see if we were OK. The young girl came back at one point to give the girls a blob of uv face paint on there fingers for them to paint there faces at the END of the party. I will never ever book a party here again. It was so poorly run and was run by a load of young kids, I was so disappointed and it upset me so much as it was meant to be my daughters special day. It was so unprofessional and I can't believe we weren't checked on once. Absolutely ridiculous amount of money for a shambles of a party!!! Will definitely not be recommending this place to any of my friends or family that's for sure. It may be ok for a bounce session but definitely not for parties. The place is filthy and just feels so unhygienic, and the staff are just miserable and not helpful at all. So upsetting!!! If I could give 0...

We had my daughters 10th birthday party there and the 15 kids thought it was totally amazing. We booked for the catered party in the New York room. They provide plates, cutlery and a Bluetooth speaker.

We arrived and had time to set the room up with balloons cake etc, then we met Sam he was the children’s party host and was fantastic with the adults and children alike. Nothing was too much trouble and Sam kept the kids bouncing and happy. He used to work in a European circus and he was a total performer and all the kids loved him.

The kids got pizza or hotdog for lunch and were all well fed with unlimited juice etc much needed after a fab jumping session. We left with 15 happy and slightly exhausted children.

The park is clean and wonderfully inclusive. I thought it was wonderful that there where people with all kids of abilities and especially loved the way the staff supported and encouraged the people whith learning disabilities who where there whilst we were again Sam was increasingly warm with them. I want my kids to respect and include all people as equal and the staff where so warm and supportive.

Would certainly do it again the kids loved it as did we. Would highly recommend for a party but ask for Sam to be your host as he made it special...

I travelled an hour from East Grinstead to come here, only to be told "no backflips" on the main trampolines. What is the point of a trampoline park if you can't backflip?

About three quarters of the session in I just gave up and went to talk to whoever was in charge. Upon speaking withthe supervisor I was informed that backflips ARE allowed and are not against any rules, and was offered an extra 15 minutes which is just great when you have time constraints. For the fueI wasted driving there and the price of jumping I feel cheated and robbed.
