Belle Vale Shopping Centre is a decent local shopping hub that offers a mix of convenience, affordability, and a variety of stores. While it may not be as large or modern as some of the bigger shopping centres, it serves the community well with a good selection of shops, essential services, and a welcoming atmosphere.
One of the biggest advantages of Belle Vale is its accessibility and convenience. The centre is easy to get to by public transport and has plenty of parking spaces, which is a big plus for shoppers. Unlike larger, more crowded shopping centres, Belle Vale is relatively quiet and easy to navigate, making it ideal for a quick and stress-free shopping trip.
The range of shops is decent for a local shopping centre. There are supermarkets, clothing stores, discount retailers, and a few independent shops that cater to various needs. Home Bargains and Iceland are great for budget-friendly shopping, while Tesco Express is handy for groceries. The indoor market adds a nice touch, offering fresh produce and unique local items.
The centre also includes several essential services, such as a pharmacy, opticians, and post office, making it a practical stop for errands. However, one downside is that some parts of the centre could use a refresh, as a few areas look a bit outdated. Also, while there are food options available, the variety is somewhat limited compared to larger shopping centres.
Overall, Belle Vale Shopping Centre is a reliable and convenient place for everyday shopping. It may not be a high-end destination, but it serves its purpose well, offering great value and essential stores in a relaxed environment.
Would I recommend it? Yes, especially for locals looking for an easy and hassle-free...
Read moreI have been using Belle vale precinct since I was a child . Today the precinct was frightfully cold , I was utilising the eyelash hub in the centre , the poor girls working there had their coats on ! I was informed the precinct is no longer heated ! It was like being outside ! I then spoke to a guy who worked in the precinct who said due to how cold it is , it is losing customers , especially the elderly who like to sit and have a coffee or light lunch in the centre . The shops maybe heated which is great but what about the little businesses in the actual precent itself ? I was frozen lay on a chair getting my eyelashes done and trembling when I left . I heard other people complaining too. Sadly , if this continues the precinct will lose customers, thus the businesses lose money ! I did need other shopping but was just too cold to stay a moment longer . I know times are hard for most people right now and energy bills are through the roof but I really think that in the month of January that it...
Read moreWill not be visiting here any further whilst they allow a rogue parking company and operatives to harass customers who have parked correctly in their car park with illegitimate parking 'charges' by post.
Be careful with this - the parking tickets on your car mysteriously disappear meaning the first you hear about this is a letter in the post 5-6 weeks later by which point the CCTV has been wiped by Belle Vale so you can't get hold of it. The parking company refuse your appeal based on the operative 'seeing' something but provide no further evidence as this would obviously show that you had parked correctly.
An absolute scam. Belle Vale know it's happening as they've admitted to me in person it's happening but have washed their hands of it. I've contacted the local MP about this...
