On my recent visit, I was served by a staff member named Ferdaus, whose behaviour was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. I presented three vouchers at the till, and when I politely mentioned that on a previous occasion they had been scanned together to save time, Ferdaus suddenly raised his voice in front of around ten customers, saying: “ARE YOU TEACHING ME HOW TO USE THE TILL?” I felt very embarrassed and humiliated.
I calmly explained that I was only referring to my past experience. He then responded in an aggressive manner, telling me: “I can refuse to serve you, do you know that?” — which I found shocking, as I had done nothing wrong.
Furthermore, he mishandled the voucher process and incorrectly attempted to charge me £1, even though the vouchers fully covered my purchase. When I asked him to rescan the items properly, he became visibly angry, rudely told me to take my items, withheld my vouchers, and did not even provide me with a receipt.
This entire incident left me extremely embarrassed and uncomfortable in front of other customers, and I am very disappointed with the way I was treated. I expect staff at Boots to behave with courtesy and professionalism — something which was completely lacking in this situation.
I kindly request that this complaint be investigated, that appropriate action be taken regarding Ferdaus’s conduct, and that I receive a response from Boots confirming this matter has been addressed.

I was collecting an online order this afternoon, and a woman (I should not call her a lady) on the till was so inept that she was unable to put the order number in the system and then asking the name etc. I bet she never attended the school.
