Baba Turkish Kebab — Restaurant in London

After getting their £15 family dish not I not only loose my money but me & my wife getting sick by 5/6 times vomiting.. diarrhoea, abdominal pain.finally my wife went hospital by ambulance..!! Bcoj of their chips was not fresh & fried ...chicken & lamb also never fresh & properly cooked, rice was like same altogether rubbish..! Also pack was never family packed portion!!! After complaining their manger said he will send me refund within 5days so don't go further pls.& he kept.my recipt ...! But after 9days gone I don't get my refund ..! So these.guys r not only selling unhealthy & unhygienic food but also they r dishonest... & like fraud .. !!! Now I think that day my mercy was wrong decision about them for further legal action ...!! So not only me but also. I request to all of my friends & family & all others that be careful about this restaurant otherwise u will be suffer...

On this dreadful day we came to this shop in hope of receiving a top noch meal however we were greatly disappointed when our food came. To begin with the food arrived rather late which to me was preposterous as we were waiting for such a long time for only a pizza and to worsen the matter it arrived with moustache hair on my pizza which had me job-smacked. As you can assume we reported this to the server who then proceeded to lie and say that it was cheese and was hesitant to give me a new pizza, after a while the event was successful and I was granted a new pizza. This event was disappointing and disastrous coming here will not...

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. When I visited today, the staff member at the front—tall gentleman at the front where we normally ordered —was extremely rude. I was served the wrong food, and when I brought it to his attention, he simply said, “I don’t care, eat or go.”

I was shocked by this level of disrespect and had no choice but to leave. The food went to waste, and the overall experience left a very bad impression. It’s clear that customer care is not a priority here.

I hope the management addresses this kind of behavior seriously. I won’t be returning and cannot recommend this place based on...
