This place started out amazing unfortunately for them recently they have hired new staff that have no customer service skills at all the new blonde girl has no clue of what your saying to her and you end up telling her over 10 times what your ordering today I made an order I was told 15/20 wait 40 mins later still no food so I go to the cafe to ask and the new old man working there beyond rude no apologies just pure rudeness his words were your food will be ready soon up to you if you want it or not so unnecessarily rude I was a regular at this place but never will I step foot in that place again no food just rudeness. Charming spot with great food, but needs better upkeep and service speed. The food here was genuinely delicious, and the setting has a lot of potential. However, it took around 30 minutes for our order to arrive—even though the café wasn’t busy at the time. Nearby tables stayed uncleared for just as long, which didn’t give the best impression.

I had lunch at around 1.30pm on a Thursday and ordered their gourmet beef burger, which comes with rosemary chips and a latte. The food was generous, flavoursome and very good value. The cafe itself is beautifully decorated in a North African (Moroccan) style and the service was polite and welcoming. While the burger was very good I wish I had selected the tagine because that would have been more in keeping with the decor. I will be back to try it very soon. Check out the cool...
