Beautiful little park with a nursery at one end and primary school at the other. The facilities for kids are great including a playground with a seasonal paddling pool. The grounds keepers keep the borders and shrubbery in beautiful condition and it benefits from some really mature planting. The only problems come from the attitude of the council who don't provide adequate bins, or empty the ones they have got and as a result the park is often strewn with litter first thing in the morning after the foxes have attacked the overflowing bins. Also more recently the subcontractors who are supposed to manage the opening and closing of the park gates have consistently failed to unlock the gates at appropriate times which is making it difficult to navigate the park in...
