Spice of Raj — Restaurant in London

Totally furious!!! I ordered a delivery of chicken tikka masala, pilau rice and sheek kebab from here on 1/05/17 and I paid for my order over phone. 5 minutes after I ordered my food I got a call back saying that I would have to come downstairs to collect my delivery. I have a new born baby so wasn't too sure about this but I said yes (I live on the first floor of a small block of flats) around 40 minutes I hear my buzzer go. It was the delivery man. I went downstairs to collect my order, I was on a call to America so had my phone to my ear.collected the food and said thank you. The delivery man (Asian) then said to me I've been trying to call your phone didn't you hear it ring. I replied No, I'm on a call to America he then went on to say I shouldn't be on the phone and that I should stay off the phone and wait for the delivery man to come. I was flabbergasted so I replied with no!!! It's your job to deliver the food to your clients home. (He only needed to get out of the car and take two steps to press my buzzer) he then stared shouting and said no you must do this in a loud voice. I walked away as my baby was upstairs. I will never place an order here again. I have been ordering from here for 15+ years and will never order from here again. If I want to use my phone I will use my phone. A man should never shout at a woman like that. Especially not someone who's job it is to deliver. Very unprofessional. I called the restaurant and told them to never send that man to my home again. What delivery service doesn't deliver to someone's door in 2017?? Ridiculous. (The food wasn't very warm but tasted ok, no taste to chicken tikka masala) I give it 5/10 for the food 0/10 for service. I will never order...

This restaurant used to be our go to for place for takeaways. We have been ordering from the Spice of Raj for over 2 years and when we started ordering, the food was amazing and the staff were friendly. However over this time the food as gradually become worse and every now and again we received the wrong orders. Yesterday evening we ordered from Uber Eats. The food came cold, my wife got a different curry to the one she ordered and we were not happy, I called up the restaurant to complain, which is something I never do. The staff were very rude and didn't want to talk with us he informed me that their curry is never cold when delivered, he also told me that he was very busy and didn't have time to correct the order we paid for. We have also noticed that this restaurant has been charging a 10% service fee for a takeaway, which is ridiculous as no table service is provided and clearly the service has gone down hill. My wife has woken up this morning and feels very ill due to the food. We will definitely not be ordering from the Spice...

I have ordered though just eat app after this restaurant has confirmed the order I have received a phone call and the guy has asked me if this order for collection. I told him that it's for delivery then he replied me that I haven't provided my address (if order is placed through just eat account then the address is provided automatically by just eat). So I have told him I can give him my address he can write it down, at this point he brought in another excuse that my order is £14.90 and they accept delivery minimum £15.00 (which was not indicated on just eat at all). The attitude of this restaurant administration is very disgusting and breccias of that I don't trust this restaurant about the food quality. Thank you spice of Raj for your disgusting behaviour, I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM YOU AGAIN, AND I HOPE OTHER PEOPLE WILL BE WISE ENOUGH TO STOP ORDERING FROM YOU. BIG NO TO THIS...
