After checking online and seeing that the product was listed as available, I travelled nearly 45 minutes—wasting time, money on petrol, and dealing with traffic—only to find out it wasn’t in stock at two different branches. When I asked for help, a supervisor told me bluntly that “there’s nothing they can do.” Frankly, that’s unacceptable. There seems to be no coordination between your online system and actual stock levels in-store. If the competition were even slightly stronger, you’d probably be out of business by now. This kind of poor customer service and lack of internal communication is exactly why customers lose trust. Also, it’s baffling to me that people are being paid to manage stores but don’t even monitor stock properly. Either train your staff better or fix your system. This is the second shop I visited. Absolutely disappointing.

One of the few very best experiences I had in London includes Boots. It’s the only store in London where I went like 4 times. Few reasons - great customer service - friendly and educated staff - it’s similar to shoppers drug mart that we have here in Canada I went to boots central London where cashier forgot to charge me for £10 Ted Baker gift set. After coming back I checked receipt where I realized that he forgot to charge me for this product. The other day I went to Colliers wood location where I told the cashier what happened. Meanwhile during our conversation I mentioned her that I were visiting my sisters. She asked me to wait for a moment and came back with No 7 pallet and few coupons as appreciation. That was so kind of her.

The staff here are so lovely, it’s as if they really care about the customers, so whoever is doing the hiring here is doing a great job. The way Nugara swapped from helping re-price some stock to serving customers was done so gently and with so much care it was really nice. It’s rare to feel like the staff really want to make your experience as pleasant as possible but this branch of Boots does it really well. The shop is always clean and immaculate too and it’s a real joy to shop in. Well done all involved! 👌🙏❤️

The staff here are so lovely, it’s as if they really care about the customers, so whoever is doing the hiring here is doing a great job. SNOBBY, RUDE Pharmacy Staff Member! Just had the displeasure of being served by a extremely rude Pharmacy Staff Member/Pharmacist called AKALYA. I went to the Pharmacy to buy some travel sickness tablets. The mentioned staff member was serving another customer as I proceeded to wait in line behind. A few moments later my friend joined me in the queue. I waited there for several minutes whilst Akalya proceeded to file documents at the adjacent till (1.5metes away). I waited patiently watching her as she did so hoping she would acknowledge me. Losing patience, I called over at her 'Hi, are you free' She came over & I explained if they had any travel sickness tablets. She waved her hand at the row of tablets (there are about 6 different kinds) and said 'just these'. Are customers supposed to know the differences? I then proceeded to ask the difference and ended up buying the one I had bought before. As she scanned the item I said 'You know I had been waiting a while to be served' to which she became very defensive immediately and said 'Well I waited and you were busy talking to your friend so I assumed you were discussing the products'. I advised 'Maybe you should acknowledge the the customer and maybe not talk back' to which she replied 'Well I can talk back because you are being extremely rude'.

My gut feeling is that she was pretending not to see us as my friend had come up to us with a few items which she still hadnt paid for. My friend had no no intention to pay at the Pharmacy and we would proceed to the tills after I collected the tablets. This staff member Akalya probably felt her job role was beyond scanning a few items through. She just handed the sickness tablets over without even asking if I wished to pay there. I had to ask if paying there was an option!

The shop is well kept but I think they should check on staff....I asked for a simple "no prescription needed " medication...gave them the name and they didn't know what It was I explained to them and they told me they didn't have It...so I replied that I bought It there one month ago and they kept saying that they didn't know what It was and when I showed them where It was supposed to be ( behind them in the same space where It was one month ago ) they werent Happy to check for me st the beginning. I explained again and one of the girls told me that I should provide evidence that I already took It But just one month ago the colleague in the same pharmacy gave It to me without evidence that I already took it... I replied that yes of course I had It before and she said I was having an attitude...when I was just asking to be given a simple medication...I was surprised she has been asking me for evidence Anyway I think that they should be aware of what they are selling and be nicer to costumers because I just went to buy a medication and when I came back home I was a bit...

I came here a few weeks ago to pick up medication that was supposed to be ready within two hours, the online doctor advised me to head to the pharmacy to pick it up. When I got there, the pharmacist was on lunch so I was advised to wait 45 minutes. Not ideal because even though I’d been told my item was there, I couldn’t get it - but that’s fine no big deal. Once I sat down the young lady who had told me to wait must’ve thought I had left to come back because she then started talking about me to her colleagues, making jokes and laughing about the fact I was upset. I let her know that I was still there and could hear her. I was only picking up some bladder medication but I previously suffered terribly with anxiety and so just imagine if I was picking up some medication related to that and was already feeling low! What absolutely horrible and vile behaviour from another young female. Such a shame that people like this are working in such...
